For a multinational company in the fashion and luxury goods we are looking for a LAN & WAN Specialist.

The candidate will follow these area:
Designing and maintaining Lan & Wan structures.
Network administration: manage networks at WAN & LAN level
Identification, recommendation and communication of changes to operating policies and procs.
Ablility to handle exceptions.
Being the point of contact with the various IT functions.
Logs Monitoring.
Telephone systems and Videoconference systems management.
Identification and recommendation of technological innovations.
Carriers Management (switches, routers, firewalls)
Devices management: configuration and maintenance
Server management: providing support to the system engineers team in performing system administration for the servers running network services (DNS, WINS, RSA, MS Exchange and Proxy)
Help desk support: providing support to the helpdesk team in configuring properly the clients for network services

Requirements:
Essential skills in configuration and installation of LAN and WAN networks, excellent knowledge of TCP / IP, routing protocols related problems.
Ability to problem solving
Deep knowledge of the problems of switching, protocols like VTP and spanning-tree
Knowledge of security systems, VPN and Cisco Netgear and Zyxel firewall.
Knowledge of wireless access control systems
Knowledge of VoIP systems, Videoconferencing systems and the related issues.
